It's been bugging me since the episode they decided to work together as a team, the fact that they won't take advantage of Chika's abundant energy reserves. I mean being the Sniper is already good, but why not complement it with Shields / Cloaking as well. If they had her use a shield, she'd be a freaking tank. Doing so would open plenty of strategies for their team and would ease their concerns for Chika.
